“I, like so many people reported in the Gazette, have had problems with some of the major electrical stores in Lancashire. However, last week I received service fully beyond the “acceptable level” and feel so strongly I must tell all your readers about Paul the Manager at Apollo 2000 in Blackpool.

My problem was with a Frost Free Fridge Freezer bought in July 2006.

Paul telephoned the helpline for me, then not getting any satisfaction he sent his engineer to see my appliance. The problem was not what I thought but without making me feel stupid or neglectful the engineer speedily cleared the problem without comment, criticism or charge.

Now, whenever I need any electrical item I will only shop at Apollo 2000. Thank you Paul and to your engineer.”
