HOW TO RESERVE FOR COLLECTION

Simple

Simply select the product(s) that are of interest to you and click the reserve for collection option.



You will be asked for your contact details which will be emailed to your nearest branch.

We Will Call You

When we receive the email reservation your local Apollo 2000 superstore will phone you within 5 working hours to arrange a collection date. We believe that personal interaction with our customers is paramount so that you receive the best possible service. Please note that office hours are 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday, 9 am till 4pm Saturday and 11am till 4pm on Sunday.



If you are unsure about buying online and you are unable to collect the reserved goods, simply inform the Apollo 2000 representative when you are called that you wish to have the goods delivered. We can take payment over the phone for the goods with delivery charge (standard £14.99) giving you the best of both worlds. To qualify for home delivery you must live within 25 miles of your nearest Apollo 2000 Superstore.

Peace of Mind

If you use the reserve for collection facility no payment will be taken on the web, you are simply reserving the stock online and payment will be taken either over the phone or in store when you collect the goods.

3 Day Holding Period

The products will be remain reserved for three days after the agreed collection date, when three days has elapsed the stock will be made available for general sale.

By providing this service we are restricted to where we are able to deliver in the UK, if you live within a 25 mile radius of an Apollo 2000 superstore you will qualify for home delivery. The standard delivery charges are just £14.99 for orders totalling £75.00 and over, or £5.99 for orders under £75.00; for this your goods will be delivered to an easily accessible ground floor room of your choice. Please ensure that all floors are covered, goods will be unpacked on request.



We feel that it is of paramount importance that all products we deliver arrive in one piece and on time. This is a service we have been offering for over 35 years in many parts of the UK so feel confident that you will dealing with professionals. We do not use couriers, third party delivery companies or sub contractors because we would not be able to guarantee you the service we feel you deserve.
